Instructional Materials Producer
INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS PRODUCER WANTED
Spectralight Images, LLC, a training provider and producer in Candler is looking for an Instructional Materials Producer to assist in the editing and Q/A process of online training videos for Autodesk software products using Camtasia Studio.
Description:
This is a six month full-time contracted position working with Camtasia Studio to edit training videos for Autodesk software like AutoCAD and Revit. It is a great opportunity to learn new skills while you work.
This position requires a detail oriented person who can work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, trustworthy and reliable.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and updating production data.
- Edit and annotate training videos using Camtasia Studio 7.
- Perform quality assurance checks on produced video content.
Required Experience:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in a technical field.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor or other Autodesk products is a plus.
- Must be a self starter who can manage themselves and prioritize tasks based on tight delivery schedules.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Camtasia Studio a plus.
- 2+ Years of recent AutoCAD experience.
- 3D design and animation.

PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR WANTED
Spectralight Images, LLC, a training provider and producer in Candler is looking for a production administrator to assist in the production of online training videos for Autodesk software.
Description:
This is a part-time position to provide administrative support for the production of online training videos and general office administration. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, trustworthy and reliable.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily uploading and downloading of video data.
- Daily tracking and updating of production database.
- Provide back-up support to the company president.
- Update online web presence.
Required Experience:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Able to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work load.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor or other Autodesk products is a plus.
- Must be a self starter who can manage themselves and prioritize tasks based on tight delivery schedules.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Camtasia Studio a plus.
- Years of AutoCAD experience.
- Experience in production scheduling and customer service is preferred, but not required.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PERSON WANTED
Spectralight Images, LLC, a training provider and producer in Candler is looking for an instructional materials quality assurance person to review and verify the accuracy and quality of online training videos for Autodesk software products using Camtasia Studio.

This position requires a highly detail oriented person with well developed grammar and spelling abilities who can work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, trustworthy and reliable.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and updating production data.
- QA of edited and annotated training videos using Camtasia Studio 7.
- Be able to spot grammar and spelling errors in video callouts and slides.
Required Experience:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor or other Autodesk products is a plus.
- Must be a self starter who can manage themselves and prioritize tasks based on tight delivery schedules.
